These knives are expertly crafted using Full Damascus steel, a special type of Damascus steel superior type of steel that consists of 110 layers of high carbon and low carbon steel. Our Pure Damascus blades are crafted by layering two steels with different hardness levels numerous times, transversely to the blade’s edge. B13S 8.5“Chef Knife

B13S series is XINZUO modern professional German 1.4116 steel kitchen knives with natural ebony wood handle. The German 1.4116 steel, with hardness of 55-57 HRC, has especially good performances in corrosion and rust resistance, as well as toughness.

In this series, we have upgraded the product design with a new finger protection design. Products in this series is made by 3 layers 10Cr15CoMoV composite steel with a hardness 60±1 HRC with good levels of corrosion and rust resistance and toughness. It adopts the 3 layers composite steel mirror polishing and sandblasting process. Forged from composite steel, the surface is mirror polished and sandblasted to give the surface of the knives an original texture.

The knives in this series use pakka wood material for the handles, also treated with high-quality resin, which is particularly resistant to moisture.

This series of kitchen knives is made of 73 layers Damascus steel with 14Cr14MoVNb power steel. Since the crystals of the inner elements are uniform and consistent during melting, the knives are reliably produced with their sharpness and uniform texture. Powder steel (14Cr14MoVNb) has even steel core crystals, stable heat treatment, extremely low error rate, comfortable grinding and extremely high hardness.
