Boning Knife

A boning knife is a type of kitchen knife that is designed to remove the bones of poultry, meat, and fish. It has a sharp point and a narrow blade that can easily cut around bones and flesh. A good boning knife should be slightly flexible, allowing it to bend and curve along the contours of the bones, but not too flexible as it would cause loss of precision and control.
