B13S series is XINZUO modern professional German 1.4116 steel kitchen knives with natural ebony wood handle. The German 1.4116 steel, with hardness of 55-57 HRC, has especially good performances in corrosion and rust resistance, as well as toughness.

Each knife in the B13S series is adorned with a nature ebony wood handle with double steel head. This design gives and excellent grip feeling and is aesthetically pleasing. The ebony wood fiber is finely grained, without pores and good moisture resistance. B27 Bone Chopper

Made of 67 layers Damascus steel with 10Cr15CoMoV steel core, which is obtained by vacuum heat treatment, can reach its hardness of 60 ± 1HRC and offers a more durable cutting edge. It also offers high resistance to corrosion, rust and toughness. The unique patterns of Damascus show amazing craftsmanship and artistic personality. Thanks to a V-blade angle of 12-15 degrees, these knives have a razor blade sharp edge.

The handle is made of high quality natural rosewood, which is not easy to deform and break. It is reinforced with three rivets, one of which has been specially selected with mosaic rivets, which are unique and beautiful. Natural rosewood is a classic and practical design, ergonomic for a perfect cut, natural rosewood with original texture and natural color, makes the knives more comfortable and beautiful.

In this series, we have upgraded the product design with a new finger protection design. The arc transition at the junction of the blade root and the blade avoids accidental finger touch and cuts during use. In the pursuit of product aesthetic performance, we have never forgotten the practicality of the essence of the knife. The Lan series has achieved the unity of appearance and function.

Products in this series is made by 3 layers 10Cr15CoMoV composite steel with a hardness 60±1 HRC with good levels of corrosion and rust resistance and toughness.  It adopts the 3 layers composite steel mirror polishing and sandblasting process. Forged from composite steel, the surface is mirror polished and sandblasted to give the surface of the knives an original texture.

The knives in this series use pakka wood material for the handles, also treated with high-quality resin, which is particularly resistant to moisture.
