B13R Nakiri Knife

B13R is one of the best selling series of all time from Xinzuo. Its classic shape and its great performances helped Xinzuo become the leading manufacturer of Damascus knives in the whole China. This knives series is made by 67 layers high quality Damascus Steel with hardness of 60±1HRC, while maintaining a strong corrosion, rust and toughness resistances.

B13S 12″Granton Carving Knife

B13S series is XINZUO modern professional German 1.4116 steel kitchen knives with natural ebony wood handle. The German 1.4116 steel, with hardness of 55-57 HRC, has especially good performances in corrosion and rust resistance, as well as toughness.

Each knife in the B13S series is adorned with a nature ebony wood handle with double steel head. This design gives and excellent grip feeling and is aesthetically pleasing. B27 7″Santoku Knife

Made of 67 layers Damascus steel with 10Cr15CoMoV steel core, which is obtained by vacuum heat treatment, can reach its hardness of 60 ± 1HRC and offers a more durable cutting edge. It also offers high resistance to corrosion, rust and toughness. The unique patterns of Damascus show amazing craftsmanship and artistic personality. Thanks to a V-blade angle of 12-15 degrees, these knives have a razor blade sharp edge.

The handle is made of high quality natural rosewood, which is not easy to deform and break. B32D 7″Nakiri Knife

B32D Series feature a blade made of 49 layers of SRS13 Damascus powder steel, which has undergone vacuum cryogenic heat treatment to achieve lasting sharpness and toughness. SRS13 powder steel is a high-end material that is widely used by Japanese swordsmiths for its high hardness, excellent sharpness and durability. It has a carbon content of 1.2%-1.25%, and it can reach a hardness of 62-64HRC after vacuum and frozen heat treatment. It also contains rare cobalt, which makes the blade hard but not brittle and enhances its sharpness.

The handle is crafted from desert ironwood, which is durable, non-slip and moisture-resistant. It is very light and comfortable and fits seamlessly in your hand, making cutting easier and safer. The tail is decorated with exquisite mosaic studs, which add a unique and beautiful touch.

SO 270mm Sashimi Knife

Each knife in the SO series features a premium natural olive wood handle. Olive wood is very solid, brightly colored and clearly grained. The comfort of the handle enhances the user’s experience and makes the cooking process more enjoyable.

For the blade we use Electroslag remelted 7Cr17MoV forged steel. Electroslag remelting is a special heat treatment with rapid solidification which doubles the solidification speed of ingots, reducing the particle size and number of primary carbides, thereby improving the toughness of the material and enhancing the wear resistance. The hardness of our 7Cr17MoV steel is stable at 58±2 HRC, offering lasting sharpness and durability. The gradual thinning improves the knife’s center of gravity, the grip is comfortable, and it is very convenient to use. The concave blade grinding process, called “Urasuki” in Japanese helps reduce the contact surface between the food and the blade, prevents the food from sticking to the blade, and reduces food compression, preserving the very delicate features of raw fish. The blade surface is sandblasting and with a fine metal texture.

B30R 7″Santoku Knife

This series of kitchen knives is made of 73 layers Damascus steel with 14Cr14MoVNb power steel. Since the crystals of the inner elements are uniform and consistent during melting, the knives are reliably produced with their sharpness and uniform texture. Powder steel (14Cr14MoVNb) has even steel core crystals, stable heat treatment, extremely low error rate, comfortable grinding and extremely high hardness. This powder steel has a high carbon content of 1.32%-1.42% and the rare metal niobium is added to improve the rust resistance and wear resistance of the steel.

Selected rivets made of natural rosewood and mosaic brass meet. The ergonomic and non-sliding solid wood handles are very comfortable and not easy to slide, which not only reduces fatigue during long-term use but also offers a perfect balance. You can control the cut safely and comfortably.
