These knives are expertly crafted using Full Damascus steel, a special type of Damascus steel superior type of steel that consists of 110 layers of high carbon and low carbon steel. Our Pure Damascus blades are crafted by layering two steels with different hardness levels numerous times, transversely to the blade’s edge. The entire blade, including the edge, consists of alternating layers of extremely hard and slightly softer steels. When used correctly, these blades tend to become even sharper with use. This remarkable phenomenon occurs because normal wear affects the softer steel layers more, resulting in a microscopically serrated knife edge.

The blade, made from Full Damascus steel, is renowned as one of the best performing steels in the world. Its innovative design ensures great sharpness and durability.
