B27 6″Boning Knife

Made of 67 layers Damascus steel with 10Cr15CoMoV steel core, which is obtained by vacuum heat treatment, can reach its hardness of 60 ± 1HRC and offers a more durable cutting edge. It also offers high resistance to corrosion, rust and toughness. The unique patterns of Damascus show amazing craftsmanship and artistic personality. Thanks to a V-blade angle of 12-15 degrees, these knives have a razor blade sharp edge.

The handle is made of high quality natural rosewood, which is not easy to deform and break. It is reinforced with three rivets, one of which has been specially selected with mosaic rivets, which are unique and beautiful. Natural rosewood is a classic and practical design, ergonomic for a perfect cut, natural rosewood with original texture and natural color, makes the knives more comfortable and beautiful.

The handle is crafted from high-quality desert ironwood and black G10, which are hard, durable, non-slip and moisture-resistant. The back of the knife is manually sanded and polished, which alleviates the pressure on your fingers.
